Cat's makeup is basically a neutral eyeshadow (like an off white), black eyeliner on top and about half way on the bottom, curled lashes, and black lenghtning mascara. But that's just her, wear whatever makes you look the most innocent; I skip the eyeshadow an also use cover up to cover up any blemishes I might have. Here's a look at Ariana Grande's makeup:
