The most noticeable thing about Cat is her hair. The best way to get the exact color is to get it professionally done by a professional stylist. Cat is short and skinny. You should be anywhere until 5'4. And for weight, the maximum weight should be about 120 pounds. In the episode where they're stuck in an RV, Andre said that Cat can't weigh more then 90 pounds, but Ariana Grande weighs more then that and that was more at the beginning of the series. If you need to lose weight, an easy way is to drink eight glasses of water a day or whenever you get hungry. Your brain usually thinks you're hungry when you're really thirsty. Still eat dinner and all your meals, even if you don't, your body will keep your weight because you're not putting any new energy into your body that will help you lose because you're also drinking water.
To make your actual face look more like Cat, look at a lot of pictures of her and either get your eyebrows done professionally like hers, of pluck them yourself like hers. I personally pluck my eyebrows myself because I kinda look like her already and it doesn't take much work, but if you look way off, get them done professionally. If your face is a little bigger then hers, keep your teeth together, but don't clench your jaw, it'll look weird. If you have a different eye color then her, you can get contacts the same color, or just keep your original eye color. Your skin tone doesn't really matter because in some episodes, she's pale, and in other episodes, her skin is a little darker. She's got Italian skin (She's Sicilian ((so am I, no lie!)) ) so that's why her skin is like that.
