The Act

Cat reminds me of a little girl.

Cat has a higher voice then most people. Make your voice just a little higher then your voice sounds. At first it might be weird and hard to remember to do all the time, but it gets easier. Also, people might ask you why you're talking so weirdly, just tilt your head and look at them with a confused look on your face. Also "flick" your voice a little bit when you're frustrated like when Cat said "I think he's her father!" in Freak The Freak Out. Just talk a little bit faster (while keeping pitch), and at the end pronounce each syllable. Ex: fATHeR

Cat's laugh is sooooooo . . . cute!!! Raise your pitch a smidge higher than your Cat voice and laugh like this: mm HM hM Hm. And when stupid humor happens, like Cat's shrimp joke, laugh like it's hilarious. If something happens that you actually think is funny, don't laugh, just tilt your head and show a confused look.

Be random! Don't copy what Cat says though, come up with things yourself like "This morning my cat got stuck to the ceiling." and don't laugh after it, act like you're serious. Or you can also use Cat's sayings from her TheSlap videos like Cat's Random thoughts because most people don't think TheSlap is a real website, so they're less likely to see it. Also tell a bunch of nonfunny jokes, like the one about the chicken crossing the road, and seem really amused with it. You want people to think that you're easily amused.

Also be gullible. For example, when people tell you that ____ is behind you (ex: a unicorn), always turn around and seem really excited.

And get offended easily. When someone says something even just a little mean, say something like "What's that supposed to mean?!". Cat said that a lot in the first season, and doesn't say it so much anymore, so it's ok to say it. Some other ones are "You're so mean to me!" and "Why would they say that?!"

And don't use long, clever words. You want to seem like a first grader. Instead of saying "This souffle tastes wonderful", say "This food tastes yummy!" And if people do use intelligent words, ask them what it means. Actually seem confused about it.

Also be happy a lot. Cat sure is. Ex: "I'm really hot, but I'm still in a good mood." (from the episode where they're stuck in an RV.

If people ask you why you dyed your hair, say "One time I came home really late at night, and my brother thought I was an intruder. So he picked up a big glass vase and smashed it on my head which started bleeding and when I looked in the mirror, of course I was really bummed that my head was bleeding, but I loved the color. So I took some of my bloody hair to the drugstore and asked the nice lady there if they had any hair dye to match the color. She gave me some, and she said I was the only one buying the color, wonder why . . . So I went home and had my mom dye my hair. Also it's the exact same color as red velvet cupcakes . . . (Put a piece of hair in your mouth) . . . But it tastes like hair."

Don't use dirty words of say anything mean.
